Include the page link and what you expected to happen. Never send passwords or sign-in links.
Common questions
- Signing in: enter your email on the sign-in page and open the one-time link we send. Links work once and expire after 15 minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.
- Sign out of every device: Settings → Security.
- Download or delete your data: Settings → Your data. Deleting your account removes your account, watchlist, alerts, devices and community profile and posts.
- Alerts and emails: choose them in Settings; every email has an unsubscribe link.
- Installing the app: see Get the app.
- Data looks wrong: tell us the ticker and page. Data comes from third parties and can be delayed; see data sources.
- Community problems: use Report on a post or profile, or read the community rules.
- Security issues: see security.txt.
